I am trying to get a review site up and running. That is why I have created PMR.com. I am new to websites, although I have build one before, and am very new to review sites. I would love for any help, opinions, suggestions, and comments from anyone who stumbles across this website.

Why do we exist?
We either rent or we buy if we want a place to sleep at nights. The majority of us rent as it keeps cost manageable or we are just not in a position to purchase a home yet.
There are review sites for everything from cars to credit cards. We wanted to be able to log onto a website, type in a property manager’s name or company and be able to see what previous tenants have to say. Wouldn’t be nice if we knew we were going to be charged for cleaning services regardless of if we left the home or apartment spotless?
This site is not intended to have negative review towards every landlord, but is intended to create a clear understanding of what we are paying for a to send some power back tot he tenant.
